Second Chance Meetup

Who may attend: All members
Details: A few of you wanted to come to the first meet up we had but never made it. For that reason I'm scheduling a make up meet up for this Friday. It will run from 7pm until midnight so you wont need to bail if you are going to be late. I have a few Lupin the 3rd movies that will be running during that time frame and we can play any other movies that people decide to bring. Just show up whenever you can and enjoy some anime. I am hoping we can have a better turnout this time.

I will be out of town as of Friday morning this weekend, daaangit. Friday nights are perfectly good meeting times (for me) otherwise. Like any other brand new group, it might take time for this one to get momentum with regulars and everything… and thanks for hosting, Mega Man. Hope you all have fun once again this Friday. I'll try for the *next* one!

Although I have a meeting with TASS around 7PM, I should be available when that meeting is concluded. Perhaps I can convince the rest of the gang to show up afterwards? We'll see.

Meanwhile, I'll go ahead and post this even up on the AZHP calendars… (make yourselves known more by spreading the love!)

I'll probably show up around 7:30PM… and you still haven't told me whether I can use the oven, so I'll bring the banana cake mix with me… it's all stirred up, waiting for a heating of a good time. :)

This meet up turned out much better than the last one. In total three people besides myself showed up. We watched the Lupin movie that everyone missed last week and then we watched some Fruits Basket episodes until midnight. Hopefully the next meet up will have an even greater turnout.

Just make sure you plan about two weeks in advance so I have enough time to post the event to AZHP's calendar and see if I can get some bodies interested…

Oh, and feel free to suggest anime series that I have in my collection too…
